Here’s an easy creek side bannock recipe

1 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

¼ cup dry milk powder

Mix into ziplock bag.

  • In backcountry, add water until the consistency is gooey. Use ziplock like a piping bag and cut corner to squeeze portions onto well greased pan.
